Loads better tonight. My body didn’t reject the idea of exercise. Session 2 of the challengr. £27.50 per session… I’m hoping to get it down to less than £3 per session which works out about 20 climbs in a month. Fingers crossed my pansy hands toughen up soon! #challengr #jkrbt #carlisle
