General design using computers comes naturally to me, I have taught myself how to use Photoshop to a high level, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, QuarkXpress and Imageready to an intermediate level. I have produced posters, websites and magazines with these programs and skills. (portfolio site)
Brief: Produce 3 interfaces following a set theme.
This assignment gave me free reign over the subject but required me to design a theme for each subject to fit into. Designed in Photoshop I used blending modes and alpha channels to put the background together. Altogether the designs hold together well as a project and also look visually appealing due to the high contrast imagery. Each design is made up of 9 or more seperate images combined to make interesting and unique backgrounds.
